The S&S family is ready to help you with your new home from the very beginning. We can help you find the right home for your family whether it is in one of our communities, or a home site in another area of Southern Utah. We are dedicated to creating a positive and exciting atmosphere as you jump into the adventure of home building. Our Home

The Sullivan family has made its home in Southern Utah for generations. Our ancestors worked hard to build homes of quality and beauty for their families. Homes where children could grow, relationships develop, and memories be made. We at S&S Homes take pride in a heritage that provided a strong foundation for us, and we strive to emulate our ancestors as we build homes for our families and for yours.

Craig began in construction twenty years ago with his dad, Leo. They started the S&S traditions of honesty, hard work, respect and old-fashioned friendliness. They believed in the golden rule of treating others as they'd like to be treated, and people responded. They built hundreds of homes throughout Southern Utah, and established community ties with those for whom they built.

James grew up working at S&S with his Dad and brother, and when the time came for Leo to retire, James joined Craig in partnership of S&S Homes. He and Craig, grounded in established traditions, now look ahead to new goals and dreams. They have seen the growth in Southern Utah, and strive to build homes that enhance the natural beauty of the land.

Mark Braegger, S&S Homes Project Manager

Mark started framing in the construction business 14 years ago and is currently S&S Homes general manager. Throughout his time as manager, he is constantly thinking of inventive ways to improve the general process of building a home. He has over seen several developments from start to finish. During the constant commotion, Mark's number one priority is to ensure the needs of the future home owner are attended to. He understands the overall picture and wants to ensure every customer is satisfied.
